At YAZÈ, we want you to love what you wear. If something’s not quite right, you can return it under the following conditions:

🔁 Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Sale items are final and not eligible for return or exchange.

  • We do not accept returns on custom or made-to-order products.

💸 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process a refund to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

🔄 Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original and place a new order.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  • For faulty or incorrect items, email us at info@yazé.com with your order number and photos.

📬 How to Return

  1. Email info@yazé.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

  3. Send the item back to the address provided.

  4. You’ll be notified once your return has been processed.
